Italy, in addition to being a wonderful country, boasts an incredible variety of extraordinary products. In these days, in so many places some special people are committed to carrying on ancient customs and traditions as if nothing had changed over time.
Today I want to talk about an event engraved into the imagination of Italians, young or old, that happened 50 years ago.
I'm not "a connoisseur" for so many things. I am a good fork, not among the critics of Michelin-starred cuisine, but there are some foods which I have a real passion for. One of them is “Prosciutto Crudo”, raw ham.
