Today I want to talk about an event engraved into the imagination of Italians, young or old, that happened 50 years ago.

I'm not "a connoisseur" for so many things. I am a good fork, not among the critics of Michelin-starred cuisine, but there are some foods which I have a real passion for. One of them is “Prosciutto Crudo”, raw ham.

If you ask a non-Italian about September 8th, he will probably answer it is one of the most beautiful days of the year, weatherwise.
