This modern villa is set on a panoramic hill in teh area of Giardini Naxos, with a breathtaking view of the sea, of Mount Etna and of Taormina. This floor is completed by a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, you have two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower and sea view; on the basement, there are two large suites with bathroom with shower, one with whirlpool tub and the other with a small kitchenette and round bed.

The property is surrounded by grounds of about 2000 sq m. The main part of the garden is on the panoramic side of the property where the swimming pool is also located. This area is cultivated with lawn, hedges, shrubs and plants typical of Mediterranean scrub. The large terrace of the main floor, with spectacular views of the sea, is organised as an outdoor living and dining area, completed by a barbecue.

The swimming pool, located at a lower level, can be reached from the villa down two lateral flights of steps. It measures 12 x 6 m with the depth varying from 1,50 to 2,50 m. The paved solarium area is equipped with sunbeds, tables and a characteristic canopy. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
