On the top floor is a small panoramic terrace which leads into the house, directly into the sitting room connected, on one side, with the kitchen/dining room and, on the other side, with a hallway leading to a twin bedroom with joinable beds and en suite bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.
The fully enclosed park of the estate is composed of a green manicured garden with a vast arboreal vegetation, towering cypresses, expanses of olive and fruit trees, rose bushes and vases of red geraniums. The splendid panoramic pergola, just a few steps from the house, is the ideal place for dining or relaxing in the shade, with guaranteed peace and quiet.
The pool measures 5 x 10 m with a varying depth of 1.20 to 1.90 m. All around it on the lawn are sunbeds, deckchairs, umbrellas, a table with chairs and a solar-powered shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
