This fully air-conditioned villa has two floors. On the ground floor, an antique wooden door opens onto the main entrance which leads to the corridor and the bright informal living room, characterised by a sitting area with comfortable sofas and a rich bookcase, as well as a dining area with large windows overlooking the exterior. Also on this floor are two double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, wardrobe and private access to the outside. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a formal dining room, which opens onto a terrace, and a second living room with double windows overlooking the beautiful garden. On the upper floor are two comfortable and elegant double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, wardrobe and terrace with views of the countryside and the Vendicari marsh.

This villa flaunts the exceptional quality of the surrounding landscape. Surrounding the house is a large furnished terrace with a sitting area under the canopy. On the other side of the terrace is a second living area with masonry sofas, directly accessible from one of the two double bedrooms. The swimming pool is located in a secluded position and not visible from the villa, which is about 50 m away, on a lower level of the garden. This rectangular infinity pool measures 16 x 4 m with the depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.80 m. Nearby is the changing room with hot-water showers and bathroom. There is also a small air-conditioned gym nearby. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
