From March to November, the weather is generally stable and mild, making it ideal for driving. July can get quite hot in some regions, so consider that if you’re sensitive to heat. In winter, roads remain open throughout the country.
Yes. Routes are well maintained and accessible all year, including in the mountains where you may find some snow. From November 15 to April 15, many roads require winter tyres or snow chains on board; we make sure your car is equipped for your route.
Yes. You’re welcome to book independently if you prefer. This way, you’ll be free to choose the model you prefer and add the features you deem necessary. We’ll still design your full itinerary, select accommodations along the route (farmhouses, castles, boutique hotels, luxury resorts), book activities and attractions and remain available 24/7 during your trip
Yes, but most Italian rental cars are manual, so automatics are limited and cost more. Let us know early and we will reserve one.
Yes. One-way rentals within Italy usually carry a drop-off fee, which we include in your quote. Returns in another country cost considerably more.
