Our stay in Tuscany was the highlight of our adventure!

Please excuse in advance the length of this review. I understand it is a long read but I would like to be as thorough as possible. To start with I would like to complement you and your staff for the detail and effort you put into making all our accommodations and excursions. We felt safe and well cared for the entirety of the trip.
I will now make some comments on our experiences:
Our stays in Milan, Florence, Osteria dell’Orcia and Rome were excellent. All the hotels I would rate as 5-star accommodations, the multiple free upgrades did not hurt! The Villa in Tuscany I feel guilty about staying, we spent so little time there. I should have planned at least a day to just relax there. The breakfasts provided were all excellent as well.
We did not care for the accommodation in Naples. The hotel was very nice with an easy walk to the waterfront; however, the staff were not friendly at all. Asking them to watch our bags seemed like a chore and we did not appreciate the coldness in their attitude. I would not recommend that hotel for that reason.
The Hotel Continental in Sorrento is a lovely place, and the breakfast buffet was the best of the trip. Having a room on the 4th floor can be an issue, the noise from the restaurant above is bothersome for what one is paying for. While I could not move rooms, I made other arrangements with the staff. I would also recommend this place, just not the 4th floor.
All our guides were punctual, very knowledgeable and passionate about their tours. I would like to especially complement our Rome guide for two days, Christina. Such a lovely person and knowledgeable. She represented her service and yours in a 5-star manner. We could not be more pleased with her and the tours.
Our stay in Tuscany was the highlight of our adventure. First, our driver and guide for the four days, Kriss Coppi is an outstanding human being. He made Tuscany a never-forgettable experience. He quickly bonded with us and our days with him felt like traveling with family. He is from the area and knows of places we would never think of visiting. Please convey to his company what an amazing asset he is. I would recommend him always! Our other guide in Tuscany was also lovely and did a wonderful job. Unfortunately, she was not feeling well. She really tried hard, but you could tell she was under the weather. We tried to not push her too hard so she could get home. A very professional person and we appreciated the effort. The wine tasting was excellent as well.
Our tour guide for the food tour in Naples was fantastic!! Ivan brought an energy with him that made us forget the hotel staff. At every stop the food people knew him by name and loved him. We did too! Please pass along our compliments to his company, what a tremendous asset he is!
Our guide in Capri was another special person we are so blessed to have met and spent a day with. Giusy Perrotta, a native of Capri, was a delight. She quickly figured us out and we modified on the fly to have a wonderful day on the island. I would use her service every chance you have.
Pompei was a great recommendation by your team. The visit there ended up being one of our favorite excursions. Our guide Francisca was another great choice. I’m not sure your criteria for picking these guides, but you have done a wonderful job.
Our final experience was the Lemon farm. It was not so much a limoncello tasting as a wonderful tour of the beautiful lemon grove, an explanation of the working farm and a delicious meal with spectacular views. This might be the third time I have said this, but this was my personal favorite of our Sorrento trip. Our guide/host Petri was another splendid Italian that we are grateful to have met. The place was like an oasis of calm and quiet in the middle of the tourist filled city. We really needed some quiet and alone time. Excellent recommendation!!
The drivers we have had on this trip have all been very professional, punctual and the cars are all immaculate. We have had a couple of on-the-fly changes and they handled them very nicely. Bravo to the companies you selected, Cathy and I feel so pampered and like rock stars! Most of the drivers spoke good English which was appreciated as my Italian is so bad.
Finally I would like to express my sincere thanks to you personally. It was such a pleasure meeting you! Cathy and I both have very much enjoyed this special vacation. I never gave our safety or travel arrangements a second thought, I knew you had us covered. I think the train situation in Rome worried you more than us. We knew you had things covered as best as possible.
Cathy wanted to make sure I conveyed to you again her appreciation for the beautiful scarf. She was able to wear it on many occasions on this trip and will cherish the new memories it holds.
